  1. Maximize returns and asset valuations by intensively managing individual property operations on a local level to maximize cash flow while effectively managing costs.
  2. Minimize risks at the individual asset level through the careful selection, management and disposition of individual properties; and at the portfolio level through geographic and tenant/cash flow diversification.
  3. Maintain control of critical functions, including collection of all rents, payment of all property expenses, and management of all vendors and primary tenant relations in-house.
